Ingredients
1 pound organic, free range chopped meat (beef, turkey or chicken)
1 bag fresh/frozen riced cauliflower
1 bag fresh/frozen artichoke hearts
1 small can tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
Romano cheese (optional for garnish)
Directions
- In a medium sized saucepan, brown garlic cloves in olive oil
- Add chopped meat and brown completely, stirring frequently
- Add artichoke hearts, cauliflower rice, tomato sauce and mix together
- Flavor with garlic powder, black pepper and paprika
- Cover and simmer for 20min, stirring occasionally
- When plated, garnish with cheese and/or black pepper (optional)
- Enjoy!
