VIEW HealthBit LXXVII: AG Meat & Vege One Pot Wonder

Ingredients

1 pound organic, free range chopped meat (beef, turkey or chicken)

1 bag fresh/frozen riced cauliflower

1 bag fresh/frozen artichoke hearts

1 small can tomato sauce

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp paprika

Romano cheese (optional for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, brown garlic cloves in olive oil
  2. Add chopped meat and brown completely, stirring frequently
  3. Add artichoke hearts, cauliflower rice, tomato sauce and mix together
  4. Flavor with garlic powder, black pepper and paprika
  5. Cover and simmer for 20min, stirring occasionally
  6. When plated, garnish with cheese and/or black pepper (optional)
  7. Enjoy!
